McGee & Perrier Kinesiology Office

What to Expect at Your First Visit
- What’s wrong?
- Can we help?
- How long should it take?

Visit Types
- New Patient Exam: Comprehensive evaluation, including history, orthopedic, neurological, and muscle performance assessment.
- Standard Visit: 20-minute neuromuscular treatment and progress evaluation.
- Extended Visit: 40-minute visit for complex conditions or nutritional assessment.
Prepaid Visit Options
To make care more affordable and flexible, we offer reduced-cost prepaid 6-visit and 12-visit plans. These plans are designed for patients receiving ongoing care and allow for personal budgeting while maintaining high-quality treatment.
Payment & Insurance
Our office operates on a direct-care model to provide the highest level of individualized attention without the limitations of traditional insurance networks. Most of our services are eligible for reimbursement under out-of-network insurance benefits and health sharing plan reimbursements. We gladly provide superbills for self-filing on request.
We accept Health Spending Account (HSA), Flex Spending Account (FSA) payments, as well as cash, check, and major credit cards.
Patients appreciate the transparency, time, and results that come from this model—especially as high deductibles and limited coverage have become the norm.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and strive to maintain a smooth schedule for all patients. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 4 hours’ notice for standard visits and 24 hours for new patient appointments. We understand life happens and extend grace when appropriate.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a 'good faith estimate' explaining how much your care will cost. This includes all expected non-emergency items or services. For more information about your rights, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
